1. What is Tivora?
Tivora is a device activation and playlist management platform. It allows users to activate their IPTV-compatible devices, manage playlists, and gives resellers a fast credit-based activation system.
2. How do I activate my device?
Go to the Activation page, enter your MAC / Device ID, choose your license plan, and submit your request. Once your license is active, your device can start using the system immediately.
3. What license types are available?
We currently support:
- Yearly License
- Lifetime License
Does Tivora provide channels or content?
No. Tivora Player does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media content. Tivora is only a player and playlist management platform. Users must use their own legally authorized content sources.
4. How do I add my playlist?
Go to My List, enter your MAC / Device ID, and add either:
- M3U URL
- Xtream Codes credentials
5. Can I add more than one playlist?
Yes. Tivora supports multiple playlists per device. You can add, update, and manage them from the My List page.
6. What is playlist protection?
Playlist protection allows you to secure a playlist with a PIN. Protected playlists cannot be viewed or modified without entering the correct PIN.
7. Where can I find my MAC address?
Your MAC address is usually displayed inside your IPTV app or device settings screen. It is often shown in a format like: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF.
8. Why is my device still in trial mode?
Trial mode means your device has not yet received an active paid or reseller license, or the activation has not been applied yet.
9. What is the reseller portal?
The reseller portal is a special access area for approved resellers. It allows instant device activations using a credit-based system.
10. How does reseller credit work?
Resellers use credits to activate devices instantly:
- Yearly activation = 1 credit
- Lifetime activation = 2 credits
11. Can I become a reseller?
Yes. Go to the Become Reseller page and submit your application. Once approved, you will receive reseller access and a reseller code.
12. What should I do if something does not work?
First, verify your MAC address and playlist information. If the issue continues, use the Contact page and provide your device details so we can assist you faster.
